Keylo – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Keylo mobile application, including the Keylo keyboard extension, AI‑powered features, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Trexolve (Aydın Yumuşak) ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Keylo is an AI‑powered keyboard and companion app that provides:

Text suggestions, autocorrect, and smart completions
AI features such as translation, rewriting, summarization, and "Reply for me"
Image‑related features such as generating, editing, and combining images
A custom keyboard extension that you can enable in the device settings

Some features are available for free, while others require a paid subscription or one‑time purchase.

3. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. In‑App Purchases and Subscriptions

4.1 Auto‑Renewable Subscriptions

Keylo offers auto‑renewable subscription plans (e.g. monthly and yearly "Pro" plans). When you purchase a subscription:

Billing: Your Apple ID account will be charged at confirmation of purchase.
Auto‑renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (e.g. month or year) unless you turn off auto‑renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then‑current subscription price.
Managing subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device). We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
Free trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Prices and available plans may vary by region and may change over time. Any changes to pricing will take effect at the start of the next subscription period and will be communicated where required by applicable law.

4.2 One‑Time Purchases and Credits

We may offer one‑time purchases (e.g. lifetime access or credit packs). Such purchases are charged once to your Apple ID account and are non‑transferable and, except where required by law, non‑refundable.

Credits, if provided (e.g. for bilingual translation or AI usage), are a license to access certain features within the app. Credits do not represent real‑world currency and have no cash value.

5. User Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

The text, images, and any other content you input into the Service ("User Content"), and
Your communications and actions when using AI features (e.g. "Reply for me", translation, and image generation).

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or third‑party rights
Send or generate illegal, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or infringing content
Attempt to exploit or harm minors
Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to disable or restrict access to the Service if we believe your use violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. AI‑Generated Content and Disclaimers

Keylo uses AI models to provide suggestions, translations, rewrites, images, and other outputs. AI‑generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI‑generated content before using or sharing it.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI outputs.
AI features should not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

7. Third‑Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third‑party services (such as Apple's App Store, AI service providers, web pages or in‑app browsers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of third‑party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding your User Content) are owned by us or our licensors, including all software, designs, logos, text, graphics, and AI models.

You are granted a personal, limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for your personal, non‑commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except as permitted by law

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and can uninstall the app and disable the keyboard extension in your device settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if:

You materially or repeatedly breach these Terms
We are required to do so by law
We discontinue the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitations of liability and disclaimers) will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non‑infringement
Accuracy or reliability of AI‑generated outputs

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or
Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses

arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice where required by law (for example, by updating the "Last updated" date, showing an in‑app notice, or via other reasonable means).

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Turkey, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring claims in your country of residence.
